Purity Spa will try to be as accommodating as possible for clients. That being said, you must inform us by speaking with a staff member, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, to reschedule your appointment, free of charge. If you call within 24 hours of your appointment time, you would lose your payment and the session.

Important: Please do not leave a voicemail about any changes to your appointment.

Purity Spa schedules appointments according to the service(s). If you are late to your appointment, you would lose the time and the service can only be performed for the remainder of the session.

For example, if you have a 60-minute massage service appointment which is scheduled for 1:00 pm, and you arrive at 1:20, your sessions will be for 40 minutes and end at 2:00 pm.

It depends on the package, availability and pricing. Please discuss with a Purity Spa manager.

Purity Spa is working diligently to start our Membership and Loyalty Programs. They will come soon. When you refer a new customer, both you and your referral receive a 10% promotion on your next purchase. (Note: referrals are applicable for new customers only. Promotions cannot be combined with any other special offers.)

We accept all major credit cards & cash. You can also pay via the Venmo app (the only accepted payment app).

Purity Spa cannot accept personal checks, Zelle, PayPal or other payments through other apps.
