General Questions

Purity Spa is proud to offer: OSEA, Obagi, IMAGE and SkinCeuticalls.

If you miss your appointment, you will forfeit both your payment and the session.

 

The expiration date of purchased packages varies based on their type and the number of services included. Please consult with a Purity Spa manager for specific details.

Yes, Purity Spa offers customized packages tailored to meet your specific needs and requirements. Our personalized packages are designed to provide the best possible experience based on your individual preferences.

For facials, our consultation fee is $35. For Med Spa services, laser treatments, and electrolysis, the consultation fee is $55. However, if you decide to purchase a service after your consultation, the amount paid for the consultation will be applied towards the cost of the services you choose.

Yes.  Please note bellow:

  1. Non-Refundable:  All package purchases are final and non-refundable once created. 
  2. Credit Toward Other Services: The dollar value of your package may be applied toward any other services we offer.  This credit must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Purity Spa strives to accommodate our clients’ needs. To reschedule your appointment without any charges, please notify us by speaking with a staff member at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you call within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your payment and the session.

Important: Please do not leave a voicemail about any changes to your appointment.

Purity Spa schedules appointments based on the duration of the service. If you arrive late to your appointment, you will lose the time missed, and the service will only be performed for the remaining time of the session.

For example, if you have a 60-minute massage appointment scheduled for 1:00 pm and arrive at 1:20 pm, your session will be 40 minutes and will still end at 2:00 pm.

 

It depends on the package, availability and pricing. Please discuss with a Purity Spa manager.

We accept all major credit cards & cash. You can also pay via the Venmo app (the only accepted payment app).

Purity Spa cannot accept personal checks, Zelle, PayPal or other payments through other apps.

To make an appointment, we offer several convenient options:
 
Email: Send an email to appointment@mypurityspa.comwith your preferred date, time and treatment. Our team will respond to confirm your appointment. 
 
Phone: Call us at 703-243-4242 during our business hours to schedule your appointment. 
Please note that we require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up or cancel your appointment within our cancelation policy frame. 

The duration of results varies depending on the treatment and individual factors.
